Shipping Information
Selecting priority shipping does not move your order ahead in our processing queue. Priority shipping only applies to the courier delivery time once your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Changes & Availability
All sales are final. Once an order has been submitted, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. SOS reserves the right to substitute products with an equivalent item of equal or greater value if the originally ordered product is unavailable.
