- Full D-Cylinder Oxygen Tank
- Regulator with Pressure Gauge and Flow Meter
- Adult Non-Rebreather Mask with Tubing
- Oxygen Tank Carrying Bag
Rental Information:
- Oxygen rental kits are charged at $15 per day, plus GST.
- Pickups and returns must be completed during regular office hours.
Weekend and Holiday Rentals:
Items rented for weekends or holidays must be picked up on a weekday and returned after the weekend or on the morning following the holiday.
Additional daily rental charges apply for weekend and holiday rentals.
Terms and Conditions:
By renting this equipment, I agree to the following terms:
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
- Kits must be returned by the specified return date.
- All equipment must be returned clean, complete, and free of damage.
- If the kit is opened or used, additional supply fees will apply based on the items used.
- Late returns are subject to additional daily rental charges.
- Rental charges include the daily rental fee, plus any applicable supply fees for contents used during the rental period.
